Information and advice center of the Education Directorate for Vienna

The Education Directorate for Vienna offers specific information and advice for schools on various topics of competence orientation and school development. In this way, the main focal points of the education hub and the regional needs of teachers and students can be addressed in the best possible way through event offers.
At the beginning of each semester (September or February), the web-based school information system for Viennese compulsory schools WiSion and the newsletter are sent out of the education hub.

In order to be able to expand institutional cooperation in the sense of future educational initiatives on a regional or cross-border level, the information and advice center of the Education Directorate for Vienna works closely with the Institute for overarching educational focuses of the Vienna University of Education together.

In addition to regional measures to increase quality, the European Office of the Education Directorate for Vienna coordinates cross-border events and thus supports cooperation and exchange with other educational institutions: europabuero.wien
